ARTworkSF Online Submission Form

Use this form to submit work for special events, projects, solo and group shows. In order to complete the submission process successfully, please read carefully:

Refer to either the Call for Art (group show submissions) or Invitation to Exhibit (solo show submissions) for venue name, location, show dates, delivery and pick up information to complete the succeeding pages. For group shows, you may also use this link to retrieve show information:

For work that has NOT been shown through ARTworkSF, you will need to enter
TITLE / MEDIUM / DIMENSIONS / YEAR / RETAIL PRICE.

This applies to work that does not have an ARTworkSF inventory number.
Submitted prices will be assumed to be retail.
If the work is framed, enter the FRAMED dimensions. (Works on canvas do not have to be framed if the edges are gallery wrapped. No visible staples for unframed canvas work, please.)

Number of pieces without an ARTworkSF inventory number:
(that you have not shown with us before, and do not have in our database)

Pieces that have been shown through ARTworkSF have an inventory number. This number can be found either on the wall tags (upper RIGHT hand corner) or in the first column of the inventory list on your Artist Exhibit Agreement (which you receive upon delivery of your work).
