PRICES, SALES & COMMISSIONS

ARTworkSF is available to provide feedback and assistance with pricing issues. Each artist sets the retail price of their work and ARTwork will not negotiate a lower price without your consent and knowledge. You agree to maintain the same prices in your studio, on your private website or other venues. Our commission structure is 70/30% for any work sold at our business venues, and 60/40% for any work sold at ARTworkSF Gallery. ARTworkSF charges a commission on referrals and commissions they negotiate. ARTworkSF has a 30 day return policy. Artists will be paid 30 days after the exhibit ends; 30 days after final payment is made for payment plan; 30 days after work has been returned to you from a rental project. You will receive the name and address of the collector in the purchase order that accompanies your check for payment.

PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTION MATERIALS

You will provide slides, photos and other materials as listed in the Portfolio Check List*. If you do not have a portfolio, ARTworkSF can help you develop a plan and budget for a fine art or commercial artist's portfolio. It is best to meet with an ARTworkSF representative first. We can save you time and money through discounts on photography, design suggestions, referrals to printers, professional writers, etc.

You agree to allow ARTworkSF to reproduce your slides and photos for the purpose of promoting your work.

LIABILITY

Your work is insured against fire, damage or theft while exhibited in any of our exhibits. ARTwork's Commercial Liability Insurance protects against any damage, which may occur as a result of our installations. However, you are responsible for any damages from defective materials used in the work.

REMOVAL OF ART

Artists agree not to remove any work until the specified pick up time. Artwork not picked up before the next exhibit is installed will be transported from the site at your expense for a minimum $25 transportation fee. Art is not insured during transit or storage. Any artwork stored more than 30 days will be considered a donation to ARTworkSF and will be donated to charity.
