DATES AND DEADLINES

  1. EARLY REGISTRATION: JUNE 15, 2007
    GUARANTEES YOU INCLUSION IN PRESS, SPONSOR PACKETS
    Complete the online form, with your entry fee, and mail, deliver or email us any of the following: artist statement/bio, slide(s), prints or digital file(s) of art images - 72 to 300dpi (300 for printing)
  2. DELIVER WORK: Saturday, August 4, 1- 4pm. Late deliveries will not be included in show.
  3. PICK UP WORK: Friday, August 24, 9am to noon > After 1pm will be charged $25

YOUR ENTRIES: Each artist may submit a TOTAL of 3 pieces of any style, media or subject. MAXIMUM SIZE IS 72"x72"
(NOTE: Dyptichs count at 2 pieces, tryptichs count as 3 pieces, unless, they are physically connected and wired as one piece’
we will install as 1 piece, if delivered as 2 pieces, we will count as 2 pieces)
Note: Retail Price - includes 50% commission. No piece may be priced at more than $5000.

AGREEMENT:
This form consigns my artworks listed above to ArtworkSF and SOMARTS Gallery from August 4 – August 23, 2007. I agree that a 50% commission will be charged on all sales made to benefit SOMARTS Cultural Center. Donated works are appreciated and will be entered into the silent auction. During the run of the show, works are insured, subject to $1000 limit, for damage or loss.
